It’s that time of the year and the holidays are near. It’s the season for gatherings, gifts and a tremendous amount of stress! So want more “apyeness” and less tearing of your hair out? Then the best thing you can do for yourself is plan ahead. (We all know this, but for some odd reason we always forget so this is your reminder.) There are only about 4 weeks left at this point, but don’t panic.

Here are a few tips:
 (Last week of November)  

Confirm all family plans.
Book and Print all travel tickets.
Bake and Freeze.

(Month of December)

Mark all activities on a calendar and if you use a phone calendar, set alarms a few hours before each event.

Confirm list and send out holiday cards
Purchase a tree and decorate!
Shop online for last minute gifts. Go to, everyone deserves a comfy pair of lux French socks.                    Wrap Gifts
Drink a cup of coffee, hot chocolate or a bottle of wine.
Cook and make a schedule for the next day.
Put reindeer ears on your dog or cat  (note: doesn’t work on a fish).
Enjoy the moment.
